Why? Because buying a car is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and it can be rushed, emotional, and confusing. My role is to slow things down, provide you options, ask the right questions, protect your interests, and avoid expensive mistakes. Sometimes I can save you money, sometimes I can save you stress. Fees & PaymentFees for services will be stated in advance through a quote, proposal, or invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store or process payment card information directly.⸻4. Client ResponsibilitiesThe Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Respond in a timely manner to requests necessary to perform services
• Understand that recommendations are based on the information provided by the ClientWe are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Client.⸻5. No GuaranteesWhile we strive to provide high-quality guidance and professional insight, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, financial result, vehicle performance, or decision result.All recommendations are provided “as-is” and should be independently verified before acting upon them.⸻6.
